Welcome to Pocket DIY ("the App"), operated by Aioli Pty Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), an Australian company registered in Victoria. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App and any related services. By downloading, accessing, or using Pocket DIY, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pocket DIY, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pocket DIY. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

  • Ownership: You retain all rights to any content you upload, including DIY projects, photos, comments, and other materials.
  • License Grant: By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the App.
  • Content Standards: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or infringes upon the rights of any third party.

4.3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any servers or networks connected to the App.
  • Harvest or collect personal information of other users without their consent.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the App's functionality.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. Ownership

  • All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are owned by Aioli Pty Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2. Limited License

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Aioli Pty Limited, its affiliates, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
